HERITAGE
This historic building once housed a local bakery and confectionary business almost one hundred and twenty years ago, then owned by a prominent man by the name of PJ Wright. Purchased in 2015 and now owned by Lee & Joanne Kuhnell, they wanted to continue to respectfully preserve the business only making improvements that would enrich its history.
THE OWNERS
Lee, has his hands full as the manager but also heads up the kitchen as the chef to bring you a culinary experience that is non-pretentious, fresh, wholesome and full of seasonal fresh produce. With over 30 years experience in large restaurants, resorts, casinos and hotels his passion for food shines through in every piece, slice and portion that he creates in the kitchen.
