Each month at House of Gabriel our team creates events that are inspired by local seasonal produce. These events include a 3 course menu showcasing local ingredients, music and seasonally inspired beverages to pair with the food.
Chef Lee utilises his culinary knowledge to create dishes that are driven by quality produce. The idea behind these Valley Dinner events was to educate our patrons about the food of the Tweed region and to give passionate growers and producers exposure to their produce.
